Mina Kanani Torshizi

Mina is an industrial engineer and a thesis-based Master's student in Engineering Management at the University of Alberta, where her focus is on optimizing Emergency Medical Services through simulation and theoretical methods. She received her BS.c. in Industrial Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. With a passion for project management, health systems, data analysis, programming, and machine learning, she brings a multifaceted approach to my work. Her experience as a Data Analyst in Iran has further honed her skills in applying data-driven solutions to real-world challenges. As a Research Assistant, she works with Dr. Nooshin Salari in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, contributing to research in health systems as part of my ongoing thesis.
