Mane Piliposyan

Research Assistant, University of Alberta

Mane Piliposyan is a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta. She holds a Master’s degree in Computing with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Queen’s University. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked as a Software Engineer at Siemens EDA, where she developed software solutions for 3D IC design.

She is currently developing fire incident prediction models, applying machine learning methods to address real-world challenges in public safety. Broadly, her work aims to bridge data-driven modelling with practical applications that can inform policy, resource allocation, and risk management in emergency response systems.
